You’ll get a chance to know your therapist, ask any questions and briefly discuss your problems/concerns and goals and next steps. We understand that it might feel intimidating, but rest assured, we're here to make you feel comfortable and supported.

Do you accept insurance? How much are session fees?

Please note that all services are self-pay only. We do not accept insurance at this time. Session fees are $100 per session/hour. Payment will be required at the time of each session. We are committed to making therapy accessible. If you're facing financial challenges, please reach out to us to discuss sliding scale fees or potential payment plans. We want to ensure everyone can receive the care they need.

Are services in person or virtual?

At this time, all therapy services are provided through telehealth. Sessions will be held online using a secure platform.
